The After Hours Web Dev Foundations course is ideal for beginners looking to learn how to code while continuing to work full time. It’s offered in the evenings during the week for a total of 16 weeks, 9 hours of class per week, at a price of $3,600. Students learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap and Git. Even though it is for beginners, students are expected to do some assigned prework to get them started dabbling with HTML and CSS.
The Immersive Full Stack course is an intensive, full time coding bootcamp ideal for beginners who want to launch a career in web development. Students will learn the fundamentals of both front and back end web development learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, .NET, SQL, Git and Bootstrap. It’s priced at $7,800, spans 12 weeks and requires 40+ hours per week of dedication. Students will have the chance to work in groups and on their own to build real world applications and to receive support from the Blur State team in job search and preparation.
The Design UX/UI course helps students learn processes for designing products that people want to use through a focus on user experience design, research, iteration, sketching, and usability testing. The course spans 12 weeks and is part time. Students should expect to spend 9 hours per week in class plus time on their own learning and working on projects.
Class size is generally 15-25 students. Tuition varies but payment options are available as well as financing through ClimbCredit and Pave. BoiseCodeWorks also offers a scholarship ranging from $200-$2500.
