DevMountain Bootcamp Review

DevMountain’s Web Development Immersive course is focused on training students to become full stack web developers and is available at the Provo and Dallas locations. It teaches HTML, CSS, Javascript, along with technologies such as Git, Github, jQuery, Angular, AJAX and others.
The iOS Immersive course trains students to become iOS developers and is available at the Salt Lake City location. Students learn Objective-C and Swift along with SDKs, Xcode, debugging, submitting apps, among other skills.
The Web Development course is offered part-time in Addison, Texas, Provo, Utah & Salt Lake City, Utah, and the iOS Development and the UX Design courses are offered part-time in Provo, Utah.
To make the payments for the courses more manageable, DevMountain has partnered with SkillsFund, Pave, and Upstart, all financing companies that offer loan options to accepted students. They also offer $200 scholarships through Course Report.
Because students often choose to relocate to different cities to attend similar 3 month bootcamps, DevMountain makes itself more accessible for out of town students by offering fully furnished and free housing for full-time students on a first-come, first-serve basis. This type of “hacker housing” creates a collaborative environment where aspiring developers can live and work together to maximize learning and community.
