EpicU Bootcamp Review

EpicU is a free coding bootcamp lasting three months in Dallas, Texas. The organization is a non-profit. The program is then followed by a nine-month paid internship. Students are required to be between the ages of 17 and 25 with at least a high-school diploma, though they are not required to have any prior programming experience. The course teaches full stack web development.
Students are given projects to work on in groups, rather than taught by teachers. Instead, mentors provide guidance during sessions. The first three months are full-time classroom learning, while the following months are part-time classroom learning and part-time work. The program is based entirely upon merit, and students are expected to maintain high standards for their coursework, or they may be asked to leave. Cohorts are between 25 and 30 students.
