The Web Development program is taught by Andrew Ek, a developer with Big Wheel Brigade and one of the educators who developed the Omaha Code School curriculum. At Star City School, students learn technologies and languages, such as: Git, Github, Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, and SQL.
The Web Development program costs $10,900. Financial Aid is available through the State of Nebraska’s CONNECT program, as well as Heartland Workforce Solutions and Goodwill Industries, who offer federal funding. Star City Code School also has scholarships available for minorities, women, the disabled and U.S. military veterans.
